We proclaim, with Christians around the world and throughout the centuries, that Jesus Christ is Lord, that he rose from the dead, and that he is God in the flesh.

We believe that God has revealed himself as One God in Three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the word of God and contain all things necessary to salvation.

We hold to the teaching of the Apostles’ Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed, as well as the tradition of the ancient, undivided Church.

We celebrate the Gospel Sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion, ordained by Christ himself and necessary to salvation, as well as the five sacramental rites of confirmation, ordination, holy matrimony, confession, and unction.

We believe that the Church is not merely the visible society of professing Christians, but the Body of Christ under the headship of Jesus himself, whose members, from all times and places, are united in him.
